This is the first time I have blended Adelaide Hills Chardonnay from 2 vineyards, Echunga & Kenton Valley, and the result is extremely pleasing. With notes of white peach, melon and subtle oak aromas, and the palate is balanced with prominent citrus and white peach flavours, lemon, lime oatmeal and gingers spice. The 23' is a more restrained interpretation of Chardonnay, however it will build with 3 to 5 years of bottle age. Always my favourite wine.
